Can't say enough about the service I received here. Half the other shops wouldn't even answer the phones. The ones that did said 3 week wait or straight up said "no" to a car repair. Jay answered and got me in within 3 hours. After a thorough look and addressing all of my concerns, he recommended one item for replacement. Then for another issue he very honestly told me it isn't a problem at all and that I shouldn't bother replacing it....even though that would have meant more money for him. For the part he did replace, the car was out of his shop and repaired and had a new oil change less than 24 hours after calling him. To top it all off, the price was very fair. It's a relief to know I don't have to look elsewhere for car repair any more.

Besides always doing impeccable work, Jay is also the most honest, trustworthy and kind Automotive Care specialist I’ve ever had do work on my car. He always puts the needs of the customer first and will never say you need “extra repairs” if it’s not absolutely necessary. He takes the time to explain things in layman’s terms without leaving you confused or stupid for not knowing something related to your vehicle. I’m so thankful I found him and will remain a loyal customer until the day he retires!!!

My neighbor recommended Jay when I said that I couldn't get my car in anywhere to have someone declare it dead or not. I was being given a wait time of several weeks. Jay asked me a few questions and then said to have it towed over and he'd take a look between jobs. He was even quicker than I was expecting. He looked at it that very day. This will now be my mechanic shop!
