Denny Menholt Ford

We had a great experience at Denny Menholt Ford in Butte. This is our second or third time buying from them, and they’ve always treated us well, and we always go back after going to a different deal ship. This time our salesman was Nate, and he was awesome to work with. He’s a really nice guy, genuinely funny, super patient with us, and made the whole process way less stressful than car buying usually is. They also made sure a part was fixed on the 2018 Ford we bought before everything was finalized, which we really appreciated. Even though we couldn’t get our payments any lower (that one was on us, not Nate), he still worked hard to find the best option for our situation and never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. He was honest, and stuck with us through all our back-and-forth. T

My ford vehicle which under ford factory warranty and extended warranty broke down on homestake pass while traveling through butte from Billings ( where I live) to Missoula. I had my three young children in the car which rear differential blew causing grease fire and panic trying to pull over and get my three kiddos out of car seats . Tow truck and fire truck came. Car towed to nearest ford, Denny Menholt. Unfortunately. They are so understaffed and behind and Not accommodating at all. Didn’t offer a loaner car after telling me can’t even look at for two weeks. Butte had limited rentals available in the whole town and I needed one to accommodate three car seats. The one ford they did have ( ford expedition) was $2200 for 5 days!! It was only size available. So I called a local Honda dealer

These guys were great, they were on time and they took great care of us. They identified the problem, they fixed it, and they stood behind the brand…they didn’t charge me for the repairs even though I was slightly out of warranty. As well, they were communicative throughout the process and delivered on all expectations. Highly recommend, A+++
