Bought a truck in April from Ken good tank, but truck was totally unsafe to be driven. Both front slack adjusters and both brake pots were broken, used hoses on pump air leaks in dash and along the frame. When leaving there office for BC went and applied brakes at intersection truck would not stop went straight through the intersection lucky no one got killed. I have over 30 years in trucking industry have my own mechanics. If you buy from this company make sure you bring your own mechanic to go over the truck, in my mind his mechanic should have properly done this. DOT should be inspecting these trucks before leaving the shop.

Ken, Don’t have trucks available to pick from he will want you to put a down payment then get a truck for you promising that he will get you a good truck but when in all reality they aren’t in good shape he will paint everything trying to make it look good. I fell for his talk that he is a man of his word thinking he would get me a good truck. But when I went to pick it up it had issues they worked on it putting used parts. Got the truck home went to use it and now the EGR cooler is leaking. His tanks and pumps are good but I wouldn’t buy a truck from him. Be aware Now I find out that the truck isn’t even capable of carrying the weight of the tank fully loaded you would think that they would need to know what they are building the weight of the truck is 24660 lbs add the weight of the wat

In response to your comments when our mechanic showed up he looked at the tank and pump system, you had the dash taken out so he couldn’t test drive the truck. You also said that you had repaired the abs system and replaced the sensors which was’nt repaired. You don’t have the equipment or computer system to make the repairs, you had several weeks to fix this truck. As per waiting on payment your tiny little bank never had an international number for trans action . That’s why citi bank returned the funds back to our bank then I had bank send a bank draft overnight to Denver, and we went to your bank and did the deposit with you. I sat in your office for 6 days and come to notice that you are a cash only account from your suppliers

Nothing but quality builds at reasonable prices on your truck or one of the many that they have in stock. I purchased 5 trucks over the years. They build the best water tank and with thousands and thousands of miles in harsh conditions, never had one leak. Highly recommend

I have bought over 100 tanks from these guys. We did the rig up in our own facility. As for atmospheric tanks and vacuum tanks… Denver truck sales builds a damn good tank. Haven’t bought a truck from them. We buy 100 percent new from Transwest Trucks. I will continue to purchase tanks from Ken Rich as long as he is building them.
