My husband and I live in Monticello and go to Dependable for oil changes and vehicle maintenance and repairs. Brad is always honest and fair, and his prices are affordable. He never tries to upsell, and is honest about the services we need. He completes our services in a timely manner and communicates well with us. The quality of his work and service are wonderful. We trust him and are so grateful to have such a great mechanic nearby. We highly recommend Dependable Auto!

I contacted Dependable Automotive Service because my college-aged son was experiencing some trouble on his trip home. Brad answered the phone with a professional yet friendly voice and was confirmed he was available and willing to check the car out for my son who was about an hour from the shop. Upon arrival the car had apparently healed itself but Brad gave it a look over anyway and offered my son some advice on what the problem could have been and what to do if it continues to happen. Brad was a refreshing breath of fresh air in a world filled with people who are not always helpful. Highly recommend based on character alone.
