Dependable RV

We live 400 miles away from Dependable, and we were looking for a very specific RV. I contacted the dealership and connected with David in sales. He was responsive, professional, and willing to go out and take pictures of the RV's interior. Once we decided to buy, David took care off all the paperwork and was always in touch. When we could finally get to Anchorage, delivery was fast, and since all the paperwork was already complete, we were in and out with our new RV in about 45 minutes. The real test in how a business performs is in the way they handle issues that come up during a purchase. The air conditioner on my unit was damaged in shipping. It wasn’t obvious and after taking delivery, I needed to return to Dependable for assistance. They took care of me just like I was a family member. Had a very good experience with the sales staff, Lee did an awesome job helping us find a trailer that met the needs for our family. The process was very smooth, both Mike and Lee were extremely helpful all around. Highly recommend!

Salesman (David) was great, showed us everything that met our requirements and was not pushy. The buying process was quick and simple. That's the good part. We went to pick our trailer up a week later, which was the date on our contract and they were not expecting us that day, luckily we called. The trailer was ready but it seemed like a rush job and so was the explanation of how everything worked. After our first trip we had some issues and for over a week tried to talk with their service tech, nothing, doesn't answer his phone and not set up to leave a message. Finally got a hold of one of the salesmen who said he would leave a note for the service tech to call us, nothing, that was two weeks ago. 3 stars due to the sales experience, otherwise I would give them 2 stars.
