Got my Lincoln stuck in the snow and my 4WD wasn’t cutting it. Alex came out within the hour. He is the absolute man. He was respectful, friendly, funny and a delight! Loved him! Definitely would recommend anyone to use this business.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Butch through my roadside service. Within 30 minutes of contacting my insurance company, he arrived and immediately got to work helping me with my car, which was completely stuck and unable to move. Mr. Butch was incredibly kind, patient, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing step by step, made sure everything was handled safely, and even shared helpful tips to prevent this situation from happening again in the future. The entire experience was smooth and reassuring during what could have been a stressful moment. I’m truly grateful for his knowledge, care, and quick response. Butch is absolutely a keeper, thank you for such outstanding service!

Alex from Derek’s Towing Service is absolutely wonderful! Instead of just accepting the tow, he made sure to check if it was a battery problem and helped to jumpstart the car. He was very kind and helpful. I will be using them in the future for any potential towing need that may arise.

Absolute worst company. The driver showed up with a phone in hand and was talking on it the entire time. He never asked why the vehicle was being towed. He towed it to the local shop, unhooked it, and then proceeded to drive away. Seconds later, my car rolled across the parking lot and struck the shop owner’s vehicle. When we reached out to Derick’s to explain what happened, the person on the other end immediately became defensive and started blaming everyone except the driver. Totally incompetent.

Called them using my insurance company and they actually helped us to start our dead car and worked patiently with us to make sure we were taken care of. Didn't even need the towing service because they fixed the car. Thank you for the excellent service!
