They promptly got my car scheduled for a delivery to the dealership after the first towing company fell threw mind you! :) Upon delivery my vehicle was photographed (both still on the truck as well as placed in a parking spot!) and immediately notified via text message. 10/10 would highly recommend their services, let them ease your stress of towing. My car broke down late on a Saturday night. I called Desert Emerald Roadside Assistance and Towing the following morning and within 2 1/2 hours Joshua towed my vehicle from Scottsdale to my mechanic in Gilbert. He also came to my home to pick up the key before driving to Scottsdale to pick up the car. I had also accidentally left my credit card at the gas station that he picked the car up at so he retrieved it from the cashier and placed it in my car where I could find it. He was very communicative and sent me updates and pictures of where he placed my key/card and where my car was parked at. Wish I could give them 10 stars. I’ll definitely be calling him again if needed and referring him. He made a terrible situation so much more smoother for me to handle.

I just had my Chevy G20 towed from Gilbert to Cave Creek & I couldn't be happier with the service from Desert Emerald Towing. Joshua was our driver, & he did an outstanding job. Joshua kept us updated with texts & photos every step of the way, which was really reassuring, especially as we were not present. His professionalism & dedication to providing excellent service were clear. A quick side-note for peace of mind: Joshua is hearing impaired, so he uses text & services to communicate & ensure everything goes smoothly. At first, I was a bit worried it might be a scam, but I can first hand attest that it’s all legit & invoiced through Square. I highly recommend Desert Emerald Towing for anyone needing a tow. Wow, Joshua is awesome! This was my first time ever needing tow truck services and it was great. He showed up as quickly as he could and communicated well via text through the entire operation. He’s also very detailed. I’ll be using him for all my towing needs in the future!
