Desert Fox 4x4

Came in a while ago, had an issue where my shocks were rebuilt incorrectly, didn’t want to take it back to rebuilder and wait another month for the shocks to return gave to these guys, they adjusted per icon specs, put on my truck for a fair prices, and safe to drive and romp on in the desert landscape Great quality of work, speed in which the work was performed and the quoted amount exactly is what I paid, will come here again on my next mechanical fix adventure

Had some major issues with another shop and Sonny and Jr were awesome. Honest and upfront! Had airbags put in and done right! Were very knowledgeable and were up front with you and didn’t charge an arm and a leg for parts or labor. Kept their word and backed up their work. This will be my permanent spot here on out and will refer everyone to them! Thanks Sonny and Jr. Appreciate your honesty and good work!

CURRENT REVIEW: I thought this was going to be my go to place, but I was incorrect. They addressed my concerns and provided me with a quote. I tried to call them to have the process completed, but they said they would have to call me back. The estimate was around $1,000 for some suspension repairs. They never returned my call. I figured I needed to go elsewhere to get the recommended repairs performed. Oh, when I went to a different shop they told me the repairs were not needed and showed me what was needed, leaky shocks. PRIOR REVIEW: Stopped in because I recently purchased a Jeep and need to get established with knowledgeable people. I got there and Sonny Sr. & Sonny Jr. helped me out. I was honest and said this is my first 4x4 and they were honest right back! I will definitely be back

My experience with Desert Fox has always been positive. The workmanship is excellent and the customer service is beyond any other shop I've been to in for the past. Sony helps his customers understand their vehicles better. The price is always fair and reasonable. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I had my Jeep regeared at another shop that I wont name. But when the axle and pinion seals were leaking just 6 months later, I didnt want to go back. I didnt trust there work. It was recommended I go to Desert Fox. Glad I did. Sonny Sr and Jr. fixed the problem and pointed out a couple other areas of concern. They are very thorough. It was nice to know the guys you talk with are the ones doing the work. Highly recommend. I will be going back
