Fantastic customer service. They repaired my air conditioner on the same day. Everyone was so helpful and I paid $200+ cheaper than what I was quoted by a competitor. If friends need auto service i will be recommending them. Excellent all round❤️

My Ram 1500 had a ticking sound when cold. They diagnosed an exhaust manifold issue. I was sent a text with my quote. I was able to approve the quote online, saving me time. They go the truck done same day despite having to get parts from Dodge. The price was fair. I also got a text when the job was done. I’m new to Mesa. It seems shops charge a credit card surcharge. They charge 3.5% for both debit and credit and that seemed high. I miss the old days when you could write a check! I would have given five stars if it wasn’t for not being notified I ahead of time about the 3 1/2% surcharge. I would have gone to the bank and gotten the cash. That cost me 40 extra dollars. They were understanding and even offered to let me drive their truck to the local bank to get the cash. I jus

WoW. These guys are the ones you can send your family to. Even if you dont know what your doing these guys do. AND they wont take advantage of your wallet. My most recent example; You coud or I have had my tow truck driver by himself drop off my Hybrid Prius V in the middle of the night leaving the key in a hidden spot, then called shop like 36 hrs later. Once I talked with him (one of the family that owns the place) I knew with full confidence he would be telling me the truth and that he wouldnt be ripping me off. It is the only place that I do recommend to anyone. They are literally more than an hour drive from where I live far nor5h of phoenix litersly a differt county and I still take or tow my vehicle troubles. Rate these guys after your good service they deserve the good business.

BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE USING THIS SHOP!! My experience with Desert Heat Auto was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, unsafe. From the beginning, the front desk attendant displayed a level of unprofessionalism that was concerning, not only toward me, but even toward her boss, the owner James. Her dismissive and abrasive attitude made communication unnecessarily difficult. The shop was originally tasked with a straightforward fuel pump replacement. Within roughly two weeks of driving the vehicle, I found myself and my young children in a dangerous situation: upon attempting to start the vehicle, gasoline began spraying everywhere. Desert Heat Auto failed to properly secure the fuel pump hoses, neglected to install the required clips, and reused old, dry-rotted parts. This could have

This was our second time going to Desert Heat, and both times have been fantastic experiences. We live in San Tan Valley, so it is a bit of a drive, but the attention to detail and work we had done was worth every bit of time and travel. We'll be using them for everything we need mechanic wise. Thank you for everything you do to help keep our family safe!
