Thank you Loredo's Offroad center for saving my ride. I took my truck to Desert Rat for a lift. They made my truck's alignment sit crooked. I took it back to Desert Rat for a day, but they gave it back to me still looking off. Then I was fortunate to find Loredo's Offroad Center in Phoenix. These guys were absolutely fantastic!!! Not only was their customer service top notch, the knowledgeable technician found and fixed the issue. Loredo's Offroad Center made my truck sit properly, and now it looks spot on. I am grateful for Loredo's Offroad Center. You guys are the best!!!

I finally decided that my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was ready for some suspension upgrades, and I saw that Desert Rat had great online reviews, so I drove over and met Todd, the store GM. Todd took the time it took to help me understand the various components I was weak on, like ball joints, and the various steering rods and bushings. He had my Jeep taken in right then and conducted a thorough inspection. Yep, I needed some parts and I decided with him to upgrade some others to enhance the rigs overall crawling toughness. I brought my Jeep back about a week later on the designated day and came back at the end of the day.
