Unprofessional, rude and not looking out for your best interest. The girl is nice and comes off professional but the guy is very rude. This is off multiple times getting parts from them. Won’t be taking my business here anymore, I rather just wait for online shipping or go elsewhere after my experience. Not to mention the long hold times and them forgetting to get back to you.

The staff is helpful and friendly. When the battery I bought there went bad, they delivered the replacement to my apartment free of charge -- great service! Still a good idea to call before you go to make sure they have the party in stock, since it's a pretty small place.
