Very disappointing experience. I paid this company for a ceramic coating service, and the service was never properly completed. They scheduled appointments several times but either didn’t show up or canceled at the last minute. In total, my appointment was canceled four different times. I already paid for the service, and now they don’t want to come back to reapply or fix the work they promised. I rearranged my schedule multiple times waiting for them, and they never followed through. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When a company takes payment, they should honor their service and respect their customers’ time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Detail Boys did an outstanding job with the chrome delete on my Lexus. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and the convenience of having them come to my home made the experience even better. Their pricing was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service.

Perfectionist! Personable! Alex came to my house to do a couple of procedures to fix the older paint and a ceramic coating on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I sat outside and Alex took his time explaining each and every step and even had me touch the paint before and after each procedure My paint even felt dull now it looks as good and feels like glass.l he ever got rip of the doll head lights they look brand new! We will definitely have Alex do our other cars soon would highly recommend them.

Very poor detail and unprofessional service from the tech they sent out. The tech needed to use our water hose, tool batteries and iPhone charger. I had two vehicles detailed both were done poorly. On top of not cleaning the vehicles well the tech decided to take all the small pieces of trash out of one vehicle and leave it scattered about the ground. I sent a message to their customer service number and received a call from their manager or owner who offered 25% off the $560 I spent or a different crew to come out the following day but requested I didn’t drive the vehicles because then they would get dirty. On 2.10 I had an appointment for a 12 noon detail. I scheduled it about a week in advance for their signature detail which costs $180. Scheduling was odd because there was no person that I talked to. Just schedule through website and I got a text and email confirmation. The day of the detail comes around and at 12:15 no one is here so I call to check. No answer, but I am immediately texted a response that the tech has an hour window to arrive so he will be there shortly.
