Detail Doctors

The team at The Detail Drs is incredible. I especially appreciate that they are right next to the airport as I travel a lot for business and pleasure. Every trip I drop my car off with them for a detail. They are kind enough to take me to the airport, drop me off, and then pick me up when I return. Talk about a CONCIERGE Service. Plus when I get home my car looks, feels and smells amazing! Plus, I didn't have to pay for airport parking ;)

I brought two vehicles to be detailed. After dropping almost $1000, these were both the most expensive and worst details I’ve ever experienced. 1) they didn’t even put the headrests back on the seats. They were just laying there. 2) they left used towels and brushes in the backseat. 3) it is very obvious they didn’t even wipe down the leather seats, let alone condition them. 4) they didn’t even wipe/rinse out the bed of the truck. It doesn’t appear they even opened the tailgate. 5) LOTS of spots that were left untouched, both inside and outside. 6) MOST IMPORTANTLY, I asked them to lock the keys in the truck so I could pick it out early the next morning. When I arrived, the truck had been left overnight, unlocked, with the KEYS INSIDE!

I went into this place and they were pretty responsive overall but I ended up with some issues to my car. I paid to have the outside of my Tesla model Y buffed and to add a coating to protect it. Once I had the service done I noticed a few things wrong with the vehicle that weren’t there previously. 1) the letters on the back of the vehicle were messed up and gone. 2) there was missing paint in between my windows and car body 3) the back tail fin had paint removed 4) the inside of my car doors where there is the same material as the outside of the car, wasn’t buffed 5) my car was still taking on some micro scratching which I was told the car was now protected. Overall I’m not pleased with the attention to detail and I reached out to ask them about it and they didn’t respond. I wouldn’t

Quoted a price and charged 56% increase when I picked up my car. They were “too busy” to give me a ride to the airport after promising to do so. I dragged my bags on foot to the airport. Would never use them again. Poor experience all around.

I loved these guys. I was gone for a week, dropped my car off and was able to walk back to the airport. Steve had my car parked outside with the keys stashed for when I got home at 10pm Friday. The car looks fantastic after a summer of camping and winter of skiing. Detail doctors really worked on the chrome and the interior looks great. Was recommended to them by a friend and plan to recommend them to anyone who asks at this point. I got the level 2 for my 13yo 4runner and it looks awesome. Leather and interior look good as new.
