Had several frustrating experiences, decided to take my business elsewhere. The wash doesnt get all the soap off of my truck. On several occasions I have offered to spray it off manually in the DIY car wash bay if the attendant could turn on the sprayer. They have said they cannot manually turn in the DIY bay, only the owner has that code. There is no way to get in touch with the owner to get this corrected. All that would need adjustment to have a happy customer is to make the car wash run a rinse cycle one more time. Its a $17 wash, alot of money to leave a soapy truck. Oh well.
New to the area, I stopped to get the winter grime off of my vehicle, the guy hosed down my vehicle before going thru the auto wash. At the end, he wiped down the vehicle to get the excess water off. Very nice guy.
