John did an incredible job with my car with the Executive Exterior Package. The car was spotless, cleaner than it was when I got it off the lot. I contacted a lot of detail shops to get the skunk smell off of my car's exterior and John not only offered the soonest appointment but also offered the most reasonable price and shuttling. I got updates on the car's cleaning process periodically with pictures and after everything was said and done the car smells way better.
