Warm Hearth Village

We really enjoyed this event. The facility was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and the landscape was breath taking.

ROACHES IN FOOD! While they do have a fairly good reputation with the local… and only local community, they also have just as much of a cockroach infestation throughout the building. The cooks frequently find roaches throughout the building and even so far as finding them in the food and under the dishes, employees cannot keep personal belongings in the building for fear that they will bring roaches back to their home. They are welcome to pursue that as defamation and our employees are welcome to take that on, as we all have several photos that have came up over the course of a very, very long time. I went here for a Christmas luncheon that my work had for all employees of Montgomery County. Wow!! Walking up to go into the building outside was very clean the landscape was all taken care of and put together well. I had never been inside any building at Warm Hearth and when I went into the Visitor building/Cafe building where our luncheon was being held I was blown away. This was such a beautiful building outside and inside. Everything was set up nice at the cafe the prices at the cafe were very affordable. The room our luncheon was held in had a lot of big windows where you could eat and look out at all of nature, which is a big plus for me. My grandfather lived here for around 15 years at Hawthorn Ridge. Overall, it was a good experience but before he passed the staff tried to get him to sign away his deposit. I assume that when they know someone is about to go, they make an effort to keep the VERY LARGE sum of money. Its upsetting they take advantage of the elderly. Warmhearth would have received 5 stars if this didn't happen...

I wouldn't move from here if you paid me! What's not to love? We are surrounded by nature, great neighbors and a knowledgeable, talented, friendly, staff, and excellent opportunities for growth and socialization. Warm Hearth offers what you want, be it peace and tranquility or stimulation. My husband and I feel blessed to be here!
