I am giving Detailers of Naples a five star rating based on my overall experience. Customer service was excellent. I was immediately greeted by Leah in the front desk and provide with all information I requested. Once I had made my decision, I simply contacted Leah over the phone and scheduled my appointment. Very easy, and very accommodating. I received a text confirming my appointment. Once my vehicle was in their hands, I received a courtesy call with update on the vehicle and service. Once ready and completed, I received a call informing that my vehicle was completed and ready for pickup. Upon arriving to pickup the vehicle, I was again greeted by Leah at the front desk. Detailers of Naples did an excellent job on my 2007 Mercedes Benz SL 500. The facility is first rate and the staff is friendly and professional. The techs worked hard to restore my automobile to showroom condition. I am very impressed by their level of customer service and the quality results. Outstanding! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Totally awesome experience. This was my first time having my window tinted ( moved from PA). Leah was incredible, very professional and immediately gained my trust. Actually after speaking to her, added two more services including ceramic coating (top level too) and PPF. When I was waiting for my tint, I was offered a tour and saw some pretty neat (and expensive) cars having a variety of services. I wish I remembered the guys name because he went over and above explaining what was being done to not only my car but the others as well. Another person (who does the ceramic coating) came with me to my car and explained the process which I appreciated! So Leah’s genuine caring and the other two (wish I remembered their names) made this visit a definite five star experience… got my ceramic

Gorgeous, professional business. From the immediate response on my inquiry, to the transparent communication throughout, highly recommend for any and all detailing needs. Ryan was fantastic, even giving me the keys to his personal truck when the loaner was not available. I did chrome delete on my vehicle and it came out perfectly!

I can’t say enough good things about Detailers of Naples. I’ve now taken two vehicles here and have had window tint and paint protection film done, and the results have been outstanding every time. Ryan in particular provides truly personalized customer service, he takes the time to explain options and make recommendations based on how I use my vehicle, and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. The quality of work is top-notch, the attention to detail is super impressive, and both vehicles came out looking better than I expected. Each time the vehicle came out looking better than when I drove it off the dealer lot.
