The gentleman was extremely kind and professional—even offering me his pen while we chatted. A few weeks later, I decided to book an interior-only à la carte package, and I’m so glad I did. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, and completed the entire job in under two hours. Very efficient, fast, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time.
