My car had water damage and damage from a mouse and Mark got it looking clean and made sure it wouldn't have further water damage. He also was able to offer advice on what would be covered by insurance and helped me get the best possible claim reimbursement. He offered a loaner car while mine was being worked on so I didn't need to worry about renting a car. Overall excellent customer service in my opinion. Thank you, Mark. I will be recommending your services to folks in the future.

After multiple visits to local shops and attempts at repair I finally found Mark and he was PHENOMENAL. My vehicle required water/mold remediation, no one else had been able to track the source of the leak. Mark found the windshield was damaged right away. Though the damage was extensive he provided me with a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair! Genuine, honest, and responsive, he went above and beyond. He was a huge advocate for me when working with insurance, detail oriented, and truly cared about returning my vehicle in pristine condition. 6 out of 5 stars hands down!!!!!!

Mark had my car for over 2 weeks. He did a good job on the interior for the most part, then returned my car without any of my things in it. The car was completely gutted so everything was removed, and when he returned the car the trunk cover was broken (stuck open). He insisted it wasn’t him even though it was working perfectly when I got it to him. He then had his friend pick it up and “fix” it and it was still broken. Mark said he was too tired to talk about it and eventually stopped responding. Will be professional only if it serves him.

Mark cares a great deal about doing an excellent job fixing your car. I came to him with a water leak and he was up front with expectations, helped me work with insurance to get a portion of the job covered, communicated consistently, and did a beautiful job. He is an open book about his life, so phone conversations can be lengthy, but this made the process more personal and helped me trust him to work on my car. Thank you Mark!

In addition to having an adventure dog who always seems to be wet a muddy, I also had someone spend the night in my car smoking and doing drugs. Needless to say, my car was a disaster. Mark is very personable and did an excellent job removing a metric ton of dog hair and cleaning my seats. My car looks better than when I bought it. He also touched up a long scratch where my car had been keyed and it looks so much better. His services are expensive but you get what you pay for!
