This company does not stand behind what they sell. I purchased this kit for the second time for my other vehicle. I dropped off the kit with the mechanic to have installed, when I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed that the front rotors were not cross drilled and vented as the description states that I purchased plus I have purchased this kit prior. I contacted them to get the front rotors switched out to the correct ones and went back and forth with Bryce. He stated since they are installed they can only give me a $15 credit. ***update*** 1/16/26 After nearly a month, I am finally receiving only a partial refund for my return. Initially, I was told I could only receive store credit because the return was allegedly outside the return window. However, I shipped the return shortly after the return was initiated, and the delay was due to FedEx taking approximately two weeks to deliver the package. Now the company is only offering a partial refund on the basis that the part was “damaged”—even though the item arrived damaged, which was one of the stated reasons for the return, and it was never installed or used. After paying approximately $230, I am receiving about $90 back, and I was also charged shipping and a restocking fee that was not clearly disclosed during the return process. He took the time to listen, review the case carefully, and is now working on resolving the issue. I appreciate the fact that they followed up and are taking steps to make things right. It definitely makes a difference when a company is willing to re-evaluate a situation and communicate directly with the customer. Detroit Axle is the best parts store around the Michigan area. They are very helpful. They have a wide range of inventory in the store. They deliver, which is great for businesses. Best of all is that they are able to get you the part you need, the correct part, the first time around. Most of the time they can get it to me the same day, if not they will get me a solution to get the part as quick as possible. Don't forget that they have better quality products other than other parts stores. Other stores might be a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for! Thats why Detroit Axle knows how!
