Got my rear brakes serviced here and also had them install a new rotor for me. At first I thought wow this is the only place open on a Sunday and they have good service when speaking to clients on the phone. Then I get the prices they wanted to charge and they were very high. I figured fine just get it done. I get the call to pick up my vehicle, pick it up and continue to drive it the next day when I notice during their “free inspection” the never put my oil cap back on and it sprayed oil all over my wheel well and engine bay. I called them let them know what happened and took the vehicle there for them to clean it to make it right. I then leave happy because mistakes happen. THEN 3 days later as I’ve driven my truck everyday I hear a loud grinding from the wheel they had installed the new

I just went there to get a quote because my sisters breaks and rotors were messed up. They asked 1000 dollars for two rotors one break caliper and 4 break pads. I didn’t like the price, and said another mechanic wouldn’t charge that much, so they went down to 775. I still thought something was messed up and wasn’t right so I went to my usual mechanic. My usual mechanic pointed out that the break calipers are fine, all they had to do was open them back up and everything was okay. All that was messed up was the front rotors that not even break tech checked was messed up and the back rotors and breaks. Thank you for great, refreshing “old-school” customer service. My 2006 Buick’s pads were wearing thin. I wanted to get them replaced before rotor damage. Their Detroit Brake Special did the trick, hung out for less than two hours and was back on the road! Now I know where to go for brakes and recommend Mark & Crew to “get’r done”!!!

Brought in my cruze for front brakes. Pads for $166 in about an hour! Their prices are way lower then most other shops! They offer a after pay type situation if you can't pay for it all at once. I'd DEFINITELY come here again!

Fraud Alert. They over charge, gas light and lie. I'm in the process of pressing charges on faulty tires that were used and dangerous to drive. They reported I changed one tire for 200 and I was told on person they changed two. Not to mention I was overcharged in July for getting my air conditioner fixed. I left it at the shop for two weeks before they got to it. Do not go to this mechanic. They overvalue their worth and don't even execute.
