DEVLIN'S AUTO GLASS LLC

Had many windshields replaced. He's always been able to come wherever needed and get it done in about 30 minutes including polishing it clean and getting the correct mirror on. Was very underpriced when I used him last.

Devlin came to my place of work and fixed my rear sliding window in my truck. He was good enough as to not charge me for doing the work for the reasoning of he said it didn't take long to fix. Just asked that I remembered him if I ever had any other repairs needed to be done. I will remember him and recommend him to others.

My son needed a windshield replaced in his '92 Civic and Devlin was able to get it in next day. The automotive program director at my son's high school asked if some of his students could watch him do the replacement so they could see how it was done. Devlin graciously agreed and worked with them on a time that allowed maximum student participation. The new windshield was installed perfectly and local high schoolers got a little education as a result of Devlin's willingness to help out. Highly highly recommended!!

How do you turn a 5 star customer into a one star customer? First you show up to their schedule appointment and try to not do the work. You tell the guy you can do a fill instead, right in the center of the driver's side window, even though everybody knows you can't do that. You tell the customer that if it fails inspection you'll show up to the inspection site and do it there. Well of course the car fails inspection and you don't answer the phone. Then the next day you answer the phone and you promise to do an appointment that Friday at 5:30. Then you don't show up to that appointment and you don't call the customer and let him know...then the customer leaves you several messages over the next few days and you never return his call. Very disappointing. Ripped my 47 year old landau roof. Deny doing it. Used my roof as a shelf. Lied to insurance company. Total frauds...Devlins and Penn National insurance
