Came here for repair and I am so satisfied. Got a dent under my driver side mirror with paint chipped away. He gave me the quote and educated me the process and different options of fixing it. Great turn-around time. The metallic paint they used matched perfectly with the original color. Attached the after & before photos.

I was in an auto accident which destroyed my front grille along with associated sensors and camera. My Hyundai Palisade was repaired by DeWaal & Sons Auto Body and the vehicle looks like new. Everything is now working perfectly. DeWaal really has the skill in optimizing repairs. Matt's a nice guy, too.

Tomorrow day 8 my husbands car will have sat at Dewaal & sons body shop. First it’s the battery then today, day seven it’s something else. Mechanic was supposed to call him Friday, then Saturday, nothing. This is the worst mechanic shop we’ve ever had to deal worth in our lives. It’s so unprofessional. I will never use them again. Just communicate. You told my husband you were staying late to fix it last Friday and that you would have it delivered to our house Saturday. But we didn't hear anything. We just want to know what's going on. text, phone call, email. You were so quick to respond on Google, why not just pick up the phone?

I went here with my MIL a while ago to get some repairs done on her Toyota. Came here on a recommendation. Here’s what I saw and why you need to avoid this place: - Repairs take forever and communication is almost nonexistent. The replacement parts looked like cheap garbage off of eBay, but you’re definitely charged full price. - The shop is a junkyard. I don’t expect much from a repair shop, but this is bad. I walked around and talked with a guy from another shop down the way, and it sounds like those fancy cars in the photos aren’t even cars that belong to or worked on by this shop, they’re just friends of friends who agreed to take photos. I guess the owner Matt also runs Paradise Auto across the street, which also looks like a chop shop. I’m not sure if he’s selling cars out of DeWal

Went in for an estimate for a hood repaint. A written estimate was printed out with options. Very friendly and no nonsense or upselling. Thanks.
