Editing my review to a 5-star. They went out of their way to fix the techno issues and credit my son's Credit Card for the original purchase. I thank you for the attention and placing importance on my concern. Grateful! ************************************************************** Frustrated. No one answering their business phone, mailbox says it is full of messages. Tried to send email through their website and it will not go through. My son ordered a throtle body for my 2024 Dodge Hornet and it cannot be put on. I'd like to return it but need a return authorization number which I cannot get because of issues with the website and no one answering the phone. I'm happy to re-review if this concern addressed. Right now 1-star and I'd prefer to give zero if an option.

I had buy a rear mount a few years ago online. Everything went smooth and I got a replacement. Mr Travis helped me a lot. Glady, comunication also went fine for me through some translator since I'm a latino.. Great attention, awesome customer service.

Great place to do business with. Bought parts for my 2015 Dodge Dart GT. Had an issues with one part, and they were quick to help and send a new one. I will do business with them again.
