Be aware!!!! So many things they hide. First the cars a reasonable but whatever interest they add on makes it INSANE! Then they don’t tell you it’s a LEASE and they stalk your mileage if you go over they want you to redo your contract and charge you!!! The insurance has to be a specific type of coverage which is EXPENSIVE!! Save your money and if you do proceed make sure to READ and keep all your documents!!!!

I wouldn’t waste your time trying to purchase a car here. The older man that assisted me in finding a challenger did nothing but waste my time. While looking for a car, he did let me know that they require 15-20 percent down of the car price and kept repeating just that. Stated if I had my license, I could just pay 15 percent down. I finally found a car that I wanted so we went into the office to look at the numbers and payments for the car. The cars listed price was a little over $17,000 and my payments would be $362 semi monthly For a 2018 challenger. After I agreed, the man then states that I have to change my insurance to a different company because he stated that they don’t offer comprehensive/collision coverage if a person not listed on the policy drives the car and wrecks it. This is by far the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. I was talking to one of the guys about getting a car and a conversation was going fine. Then some other guy walked up and I was talking to my son on FaceTime asking him which color should I choose for the car And he stated that I had to put my son on the Insurance my son doesn’t even drive and he was leaving for basic training why would I put him on the Insurance and he’s not gonna be driving a car he Insurance that everybody say that but something happened differently so I told the guy Know I am buying the car for me. Maybe when the car get paid off I may give it to my son, but right now my son will not be driving the car and the other guy I wanted to argue and the other guy changed his story when the other guy came out pathetic

The family that operates this business is an amazing, caring, and honest group of humans!! They approved me over 2 years ago for my Kia Soul and have been extremely helpful in helping me to work towards paying off my car! This past weekend, my car was stolen and Ken was able to ping my car’s location minute-by-minute allowing me and the Garland Police to locate and recover it from the thieves! I can’t imagine any other dealership taking the time to help a customer track and play the role of a police dispatcher to help them chase down thieves and take back their car lol!!! I am forever grateful to Ken and Ed and their entire family for their kindness. They really care about their customers. I would definitely recommend them to Anybody looking to lease or buy a car!
