⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After being in a wreck and not knowing how to proceed with repairs and insurance, all my doubts & questions were answered patiently by Yvetta. From the start, Yvetta kept me informed every step of the way and got my car back to me faster than I expected. Sure, I wish it could’ve been done in three days, but realistically, they moved fast — and the end result was worth it. My car looks like nothing ever happened and I didn’t have to communicate with the insurance after the initial inspection process. Huge thanks to Yvetta and the entire team for the great communication, professionalism, and quality work. Definitely recommend them!

I dropped my car off on October 22nd for some minor front-end damage to be fixed. I got the vehicle back a week later, on November 1st.I noticed November 5th that the bumper was already coming off and some of the paint appeared to be bubbling. When I reached out to address this issue, I had a phone conversation with Moses. He stated that I must have done something and that these things don't just happen on their own. As I tried to explain to him when I noticed it, he cut me off and said, "Well, we'll fix it. Get it brought in, you know, but like I said, it's something you did." He was unbelievably condescending and disrespectful. I'm not sure what his problem is. When I asked him to listen to me, he was quick to get me off the phone and hung up on me mid-sentence. I do NOT recommend this shop at all. I used this body shop because it was one of the referrals from my insurance company for hail damage repairs. I dropped off my vehicle on 7/3, and it took almost a full month before they called on 7/30 to say it was ready. That delay alone was frustrating, but it only got worse. The first red flag was when they told me my rear passenger door wouldn’t be repaired due to a “Chevrolet paint issue” — something they blamed on the manufacturer. I didn’t argue, planning to handle it with my insurance later. When I picked my vehicle up on 7/31, I immediately noticed that my AC was blowing warm air.
