DFW State Inspection & Auto

Quick turn around for tune up and inspection on 2 separate occasions. It's January 2021 and they weren't wearing masks. They gave me great pricing on the tune up. As they are connected to a SMALL dealer, the lot is pretty full, moderate driving skills required for 3 point turn around. Nice folks and good prices.

I pulled up to get an inspection and was immediately honked at over and over by a truck behind me. A guy with gold teeth got out and was very rude and told me to move my car. He was the one that would have done the inspection so I said no way and left. He was extremely rude and almost aggressive even. I have come here to get my inspection for the past several years and have always had a good experience until now.

Took customer service to a level I have never experienced when getting any kind of service on my truck…. Thanking the same. Fast and good service. I’m new to the age and have been looking for good places to go for my needs I wasn’t disappointed here. Highly recommend!

There are several (if not too many) automotive repair businesses throughout the area... very few of them stand out for being professional, prices, knowledge, honesty etc. This is definently NOT one of those places... I feel like maybe 3 Stars is a little generous in this case but...

So I was suppose to go to a dealership but their inspection machine was down, so they told me to go to a hole in the wall place close by. I pulled up, this place looked sketchy and I considered leaving, but the guy opened my car door from the INSIDE because my window was down and I was asking questions and then HE SMOKED IN MY CAR! And in front of me and was not wearing a mask! Never again.
