I can't say enough good things about Dave and all of the staff at D&H. I bought my dream camper from these guys. Northern Lite 10-2. It was maybe 4 months used. It was fully loaded with extra options. The price point was insanely good. I flew down immediately to view the rig. Dave and staff even helped me with transportation when I was there. This was easily the best customer service Iv ever experienced in my life. We had a 21 hour ride home to get the rig back to where we live. We aren't sure when and how it happened but a manufacture defect came to our attention before our first trip. The manufacture does not transfer warranties to second owner even though it was always under D&H's care. D&H was able to get the manufacture to cover the repairs. So I own a Nu camp Tab And I live four hours away from Jacksonville and needed some preventative maintenance done on the camper. First, I did some deep research on the preventative maintenance and then I called four different places in the state of Florida including D&H. Jared and I discussed the maintenance and they were the only facility I was comfortable with what he had to say. I was still a bit skeptical because it’s four hours one way and I am overly cautious on who I do business with. D&H Came through like champions for me. They handled all of my maintenance which included. Alde Drain, flush and fill as well as fixing the Nautilus 2.5 water system and re-caulking. What a great experience at D & H RV in Jacksonville. Dave the owner, along with Cody, Brenda and everyone behind the scenes, crafted a beautiful RV for us! Cody spent a lot of time going over the RV with us, answering lots of questions. Brenda gave us good tips and help too. We opted for a 2026 version of the Intech Sol Dusk, with the Off Grid Package.
