I have a 2020 Outback and have been to this service center for years. Eric Holmstedt has been the main person I have done business with and he has been absolutely phenomenal. I had to take my car in a few times after 100k miles and needed big servicing done to my car. Eric explained everything thoroughly and went to bat for me when the Subaru advocacy program came calling about my transmission leak. Eric is great with working with time constraints, pricing, and he makes sure the job gets done right. He and his team got the job done more than once and my outback still runs smooth at 125k+ miles. Definitely bringing it back there every time!
