Brought my F150 to Pat for shifting issues couple weeks ago. Transmission shifts better than ever now. He got all covered under warranty and had back to me in a week. I highly recommend Dial! Great service! Quality work! Great communication throughout the job.

I went to dial back in April. I was having issues with my transmission. Before I went there I got estimates from two other shops telling me I need a new transmission. Pat told me to leave it and he will need a couple of days to diagnose it. When he got back to me he told me that he felt the transmission was ok and didn’t need a rebuilt. He felt something else was causing the issue. Being that the tranny has 180 thousand on it I asked him about a tranny service for it. He said being that’s it’s old he recommended just doing a flush out for it. Taking it apart can lead to issues happening. So instead of spending $5000 I spent $600.

Brought my 2015 gla here for servicing. Got a good service, honest opinion, and my car is doing much better. Will definitely come back here in the future!!

Recently I experienced a misdiagnosed issue with my car. I was told I needed a new transmission, enter Dial Transmission. I spoke with Patrick who couldn’t have been more knowledgeable or more kind in helping me understand that it didn’t necessarily need to be a complete replacement of my transmission but maybe a sensor gone bad and he could replace just those parts. What I thought was going to take over a week to repair and cost upward of $7500 was completely by Patrick in a day and a half and for far less.
