Fantastic service. You won’t be disappointed with P&D! When my car wouldn’t start, AAA came out the night before and made me wait 4 hours just to get there and tell me that they couldn’t tow my car and I’d need a different type of tow truck and they just left me there at night in the cold. P&D is great. I called earlier in the day to get a quote and gave all my information. I called back later after calling around, to confirm I wanted the tow and I didn’t have to re-explain everything again and the tow truck arrived in under an hour. He was kind and he cares about his customers and his business. He heard what I had to say about the problem and then he checked it out for himself and was able to get my car on the truck, no problem.
