I can’t say enough good things about this auto body shop. After my car was damaged in a hit-and-run, I was stressed and overwhelmed, but they made the entire process smooth from start to finish. They were incredibly professional, honest, and communicative throughout the repair. They handled the insurance side, kept me updated on progress, and finished the work on time. When I got my car back, it looked perfect—you’d never know anything had happened.

Beware! I chose this shop because it was close to me and convenient. I shouldn’t have. Poor customer service and communication all around. I had prior repairs done to my car that I made sure they were aware of when I brought my car in to be repaired for a small dent and new bumper. I was later told during the repair process the previous work was “very bad”. Then when I got my car back there were bumps in the paint, sloppy edges, plus my emblems weren’t back on in which the service manager asked “Unless you don’t want them back on? Some people like it that way?”, when they had already billed my insurance for the new emblems! Who wouldn’t want their car to look like how it was when they brought it in? Then I noticed the one rear panel they had removed was not properly fitting which they blam
