Will and his team are amazing! Our 2018 Volvo XC90’s air conditioner broke. In 3 months time I took it back twice to get it fixed at the dealership. My third visit, the dealer told me I needed an evaporator. Their quote offered no price break of paying twice before. I took it to Diamond Auto to get a second quote. They were considerably less and their customer service is over the top! The labor involved was intense but they stood by their original quote and got the job done in a timely manner. They are a wonderful, honest business to work with and I truly appreciate everyone that works there! They fix all cars but if you own a Volvo, this is the place to go!

I had some issues with my vehicle and looked around to find where I could get my car in because usually I take my car to the dealership but I needed a second opinion. The guys at diamond auto not only confirmed it but let me see under my car where the changes will be made. The customer service was great and I really appreciated the break down of cost because it helps me mentally prepare for the bill instead of just being told to pay a big bill after you let car shops fix the problem. I definitely recommend this place, the people are honest and got the job done in a timely manner.

My family is truly blown away by the exceptional service we experienced from the fine folks at Diamond Automotive! I was late for my slot, as life happened while toting around my 4 girls. Nonetheless, I pulled up to the garage, and Josh met me outside with an understanding smile and a handshake. Upon noticing that I had an army of babies with me, he immediately helped get us into the spacious waiting room! He showed the girls the huge play area, with crayons, toys, books....you name it, and my favorite....a beautiful family heirloom -- A mini wooden rocking chair!!!! I was shopping used Subarus from remote area and asked for a pre purchase inspection from Diamond . Will was understanding of my situation of having to drive 3 hours to Billings and worked me into his schedule same day. He walked me through the inspection and provided orientation and confidence to the vehicle I was looking at. It was a very positive experience for me.

These guys are all time class acts. I pulled up late at night on a Wednesday with a F250 that has just died on the side of I-90 on me. It was midnight and the owner was still at the shop and told me he could help me out first thing in the morning. Turned out to be a simple plugging in of my voltage regulator but he juiced up my batteries, took a look at it and quickly got me back on the road w/o even charging me. Shops and guys like this make me want to quit spending days at a time under my truck wrenching and just take it to the experts who won’t take advantage of you.
