Diamond Automotive of the Triad

Fast talkers, was recommended by coworkers, about them took a chance with them with my BMW ,and been a nightmare these people just replaced parts instead of knowing what they doing, spent 2500$with them and soon as I leave check engine light comes on take it back now he say it’s a air leak , never had a air leak before, then when I pick up my car look at bill they replace thing I didn’t approve on , be careful with these people they act like you don’t know nothing about cars , the things he was explaining to me made no sense at all , they are not right at all, should had used my sense when pulled up and they had a whole lot of cars in the yard. Worse mechanic shop I ever been to, run from this place unless you want an oil change, and I won’t trust them with that!!!!

I have 3 cars, 4 trucks, and 2 box trucks. These guys keep all of our trucks and cars on the road where they need to be making us money. Tyler always gives us the best path to take on repairs, the best pricing possible and the quickest service. Can’t say enough about these guys. When it comes to mechanics it’s hard to find someone you can trust. We trust these guys!

I can't say enough about Tyler and his team, from Stephanie to all the mechanics everyone is super nice and treats you like family!!! I was recommended to Tyler by a friend approx 2.5yrs ago and it was one of the best recommendations I've had!! If you're looking for a trusted car repair shop that won't try to rip you off and are fair with their prices, visit Diamond automotive and thank me later!!

They do great work when it comes to transmissions and I’m sure everything else using them for years. And I personally bring my own vehicles here for vehicle inspections what not ,great people great business.honest

The best customer service from Stephanie and prompt, quality work at great prices from the shop that saved me over $1600 vs taking it to the dealer to fix a broken tail-light. Unmatched prices for an oil change was a plus as well! Will definitely be taking our cars here for any work that needs to be done in the future!
