Diamond Car Wash

I can't rate lower than one star, or I would. I will NEVER go to this carwash again! I put in a $10 bill, gave me 30 minutes. I finished washing my car in 11 minutes. There was no way to stop the timer, and no way to get my change. That was $5-$7 that I should have gotten that was stolen from me. I called the number on their website 7 times, no answer. They called back and wanted to know why I would call a number 7 times. Then she hung up on me. I wouldn't send ANYBODY there to wash anything. Not a good business model.

I used my card figured it would be easier then going to get cash.. I soaped up my car then the rinse wouldn’t work so had to stop the charge @2 minutes move to another bay swipe card again to start it rinsed car stopped charge @1.5 minutes.. now a few days later I see the charges cleared my account for $30 for 3minutes of use.. seems a little outrageous.

Absolute trash of a car wash. Tried to wash my truck today, used the presoak and once I was ready to wash with high pressure, found out that the pumps aren't working. I had to go across town to the RELIABLE PDQ drive through wash to get the dried soap off. I called the number listed on Google, and it doesn't work. Update -8/9 This business is operating without a permit and they have been reported.

Nothing works. Just takes your money. Don’t use!

I had a small issue, lost some money due to a short. I found out, they were quick to respond to my email and made things right. Good people very professional.
