When you need a tow company, it's generally because you're not having a good day. That being said, having a friendly professional company to deal with definitely helps to get through it. I had an unfortunate situation lead me to needing a tow and Sam made it happen quickly and professionally. He sent out Angel who arrived within twenty or so minutes and he took our vehicle to the dealership. Angel showed up and took photos of my vehicle before loading it. I handed him the keys and he handed me a business card. About twenty minutes later the dealership confirmed the car was in their possession. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless operation. Couldn’t be more pleased with Sam and the team at Diamond Valley Towing. I ride my dual sport off-road in Wildomar often and today I found myself stranded with a dead battery and possible other issues after laying down my bike pretty hard. I figured with such a strong off-road culture finding an off-road tow would be no sweat. I was very wrong. After calling all the repair shops in the area for referrals and handful of tow companies I was meant with nothing but “good luck buddy”. Fortunately Diamond Valley was the last on the google list. Diamond Valley Yow has amazing customer service. My son’s car was towed without our knowledge and once we located it, Sammy was so helpful with getting the vehicle back to us.

The owner of this business is the definition of a class act. I only needed to get towed less than 1.8 miles, but he still has a minimum which I respect. He then gave me a name of closer towing company who might do it for cheaper. Turns out his price was actually cheaper so I called him back. They guy that worked for him that came out in the pouring rain was also really nice. Review: A+++
