Diavaeh Car Rental

Junk rental company. Trash cars. Canceled the rental on the spot after seeing the hoopty they tried charging me 360+ all these hidden fees for a 3 day rental. Money was supposed to be refunded no problem like she said. Now over a month later and my credit card company is disputing with these people. I dont know what they think they are doing with my 650+ dollars i never stepped foot in their vehicle. BEWARE !!!!

Extremely disappointed in the service's with Dez. Definitely dont waste your time buying or renting from here. I wish someone would of warned me. A car was sold to my sister from her because I thought I could trust she would take care of my sister being as though we were friends. But I was clearly mistaken. And we received a totally different car that was not agreed upon at purchase time. Car has cracked window and damage done to the side of the car. And Dez didn't have any desire to help us resolve the issue at all. (Thanks to Aundrell) he was way more helpful than she was. Long story short we had to take car leaving us no other options pretty much.... People please be careful giving her your money. You really dont know what your getting until its to late.

I almost forgot to leave a review, I usually don’t leave reviews but I definitely had to. They are amazing here, I needed a rental for a week while my BMW was being serviced near by. The lady who checks you in was so nice, I can’t remember her name. We talked a lot while I was booking to get a car. I had called the previous day and spoke with the owner who is also very nice. I met him when I returned the car. Nice individuals all around, I had no problems. Black owned business also, so definitely support. They are phenomenal.

Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend this car rental company and will definitely be using them again !

Beware of these people. You'll see them in the reviews claiming they dont sell cars and only rent, but they definitely have sold cars and tried to sell me multiple cars when I was trying to rent a car. Only had one car left dented to all hell and I canceled my rental immediately on the spot.
