These guys were fantastic! Truly exceptional customer service! My accident happened late afternoon on a Friday. My car was loaded from a shopping trip. I was extremely stressed. Their tow driver came to get me, and actually took me home where he helped me unload all of my purchases!!!! I could not believe how kind and helpful he was! I tried to tip him but he refused to accept it. WOW! I have a Shelby GT500 and have to admit that I was a little apprehensive about having a shop in a small town do the work…. But I was sort of stuck. All I knew about them was a few good reviews. It wasn’t just the tow driver that went above and beyond. My car has a protective wrap and they sought out the best place to have that work done. Turns out it was all the way in Dallas. They had to fight

Dickie morrow body shop fixed me up great! Very timely and respectful. My truck hasn't looked this good since I bought it. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

I’d give Dickie Morrow an A for the body work, paint job & assistance with the insurance company and I appreciate that. As for communication & getting my vehicle back at the estimated time, that’s a different story. When personnel at the shop say you’ll get a call back I expect one. Also took more days to get it done, but they may have had an issue with the outside mirror replacement. I guess overall I might try them again if needed but lower my expectations on completion date.

I’ve had to use them several times on several different vehicles and every time they have done a fantastic job. The vehicle comes back, looking like brand new. I’ve been extremely happy with all of their work

The fine folks @ Dickie Morrow's did a great job repairing my Honda. The front end damage was significant and they made it look like new. The repair process was timely and the car repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Thank you, Dickie Morrow Body Shop.
