By far the worst experience at the Chevy service. I came for an oil change and they ended up taking out my battery and trying to charge me for a new one. I had took the car in at 1:30pm for only an OIL CHANGE and didn’t get it back till 5ish. You know how bad it is for them to just put their hands on things you didn’t ask for? Ended up paying this outrageous price for just an oil change. If you want to pay 180 plus for an oil change be my guest. Never coming back to this dealership ever again. This dealer really needs to do better on communication cause yall shouldn’t be charging people 600 dollars for a battery and oil change. Which I didn’t ask for. Service center needs better coaching on communication cause Kayla vanhooser was the worst. Do not recommend this dealer ship at all.
Definitely a five star experience. From the first call to the final handshake our salesman Elias and the sales manager Josh were beyond helpful. Their approach was humble, transparent, and respectful. Our search for a truck for our son was stressful to say the least. In talking with multiple dealerships from up in Little Rock all the way to Dallas. We ran into so many egos and attitudes. No one was as nice, prepared, and willing to earn our business as Sandlin Chevrolet was. I’m glad to be done with the search and even more relieved that we ran across these guys. I highly recommend checking here first when you find your self in need of a new to you ride.
Amazing service! Elias and Joshua took great care of me all along. Hope to see them again soon. highly recommend to everyone, very friendly and patient. Would definitely be one of the first places to look for when buying a car! 1000/10
