So I needed a mechanic asap before I left the state to do a 2,000 mile drive and I wanted my car looked over. I found Diehl Auto Repair through ChatGPT because they had the best reviews and didn’t overcharge. Well I am so glad I went! Kyle is the best! I told him I leave Thursday and they got me in today (Tuesday), and he found a few things I needed to get done which was nothing too serious and the cost was very reasonable. Placing the appointment was very easy over the phone. When we got there, we were greeted very nicely. Brad, I think his name was, was very a nice guy. He explained things thoroughly and clear. We went for a Pre Purchase Inspection, took about an hour and a half. They take detailed pictures and send it over to your phone or email. They also are very good at answering any questions and actually feel like they care about you. They don't try to sell you on things or lie about what may be wrong with your vehicle. Spoke to one of the mechanics, really great guy. Knew what he was doing, knew how to explain problems, and was a good honest guy. Great managment, great people. I will definitely be going back!

I went in for the first time, without an appointment. They took care of my routine checkup promptly and did a thorough inspection. I have a Mercedes and the pricing was fair, unlike how the dealer gouges you. Friendly atmosphere. A nice family-owned business. Glad I found them!

Kyle is the Best! I live in Minnesota and was trying to help get my young daughter's car repaired after catalytic converter was stolen where she lives in Chicago. I 1st had it towed to the dealership where they told me the repair would cost me over $4000.00 to repair which is about how much the car is worth. These guys were the only ones that could fit me in for an inspection. I had to leave my car overnight, so that they could do a deep inspection, order the parts, and then fix it. They finished faster than I thought. They finished it in the morning than in the late afternoon. It was more expensive than I thought but they do have coupons on their website that you can use. I used $100 off which made a huge difference. Service was very friendly. They kept me up to date with what’s going on and how much it’ll be.
