Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Excellent experience at Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change. Mike, the shop manager, took great care of me from start to finish. The service was fast, seamless, and professional. Even though we normally handle oil changes in-house, this was for a family vehicle that needed full-service care—and I’m glad I came here. Complimentary water while waiting, branded air fresheners, and an emailed service receipt were nice touches that show they care about the customer experience. Very well-run operation with great customer service. Highly recommend.

Jim was extremely helpful on my first oil change on my 2022 Hyundai Santa FE SEL. Replaced all the necessary air filters (one even had a mouse nest, hopefully from the previous owner). He even pointed out that my Anti-Freeze Reservoir had been leaking at some point and to keep an eye on it. He was extremely thorough and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else to get these services done.

Great experience every time! Fair, honest hardworking folks. Today the technician had his son in and it was great to see a young kid learning a trade and talking to customers. I won’t go anywhere else. I feel confident trusting them with my car, they never try to push other services or products either. They offer online coupons as well as mail them. Quick, honest service and every technician is friendly also. I also love the music they have on while they work.

I absolutely love Strickland Brother! I can't recommend them enough! I always have great & fast service and definitely made them my go to shop for ALL my vehicles, so far I bring 3 for regular maintenance (I also go to Bolingbrook) and now I WIL be adding the Downers Grove location since it's closer to work! I hope corporate sees this! those guys at Downers this week were AMAZING !!! I will be calling to see if you offer fleet maintenance management for service.

I’ve been going to Strickland Brothers in Downers for a few years now for both of my vehicles and what keeps me coming back are the customer service and quality. The team is always very welcoming, positive attitude and informative around options they provide without being pushy. I’m always impressed by the deals they run too - almost never pay full price for the oil change. Give this place a shot and you won’t be disappointed.
