Diehl Auto Repair

I am fairly new to Diehl’s (Westmont location) as they purchased my former auto shop. I truly could not be more pleased. Today I had an oil change & my rear brakes replaced. They were very upfront with the pricing & their communication was perfect. Absolutely no complaints from this happy customer.

Repaired plastic oil filter housing, a common problem with this vehicle. Replaced with after market metal body unit. Cleaned up oil mess. Changed oil and filter. Flushed and refilled cooling system as oil is cooled by water circulation. Replaced two oil soaked sensors. Warranty on all repairs. Finished in a couple of hours. Happy with work.

Can't say enough about this place. Everyone is so nice and they were much more honest in their assessment of my 23 year old car. The dealer was trying to charge me 8k for emissions repairs and these guys came in for about half that with a much more objective and less panicked approach. They talk you through what they are doing and don't force something that doesn't need to be done yet. I also scheduled my appointment the same day! One of the parts that had to be replaced they found for half the cost of the dealership too. Thank you!

Brought my car in because my check engine light was on with small & large evap codes. Never used Diehl Auto but saw they came HIGHLY recommended thru other social media platforms. They did not disappoint and made me a satisfied customer. They communicated with me every step and my car was completed on time as promised. Great job to Rick and his crew. A+++++ all around.

Highly recommended. The Westmont location is truly outstanding. Not only do they provide excellent work at a fair price, the staff is exceptional and friendly. They went above and beyond to resolve an issue. I can't thank them enough! Will definitely return for all future maintenance and repairs.
