I believe the two repairs I authorized may have been unnecessary. Based on my experience, I’d suggest others ask questions and request the old parts back before approving similar work. They told me I needed to replace two parts. I was distracted and approved it, and asked them to put the removed parts in the trunk. When I inspected them, they looked nearly new to me. I checked my records and saw my son and I replaced those parts about two years and about 8k miles earlier. To sanity-check, I took the removed parts to another mechanic and posted photos on a mechanic forum; both said the parts appeared to be in good condition/serviceable. I’m upset, but I’ll eat the $900 and won’t be using them again.

The MPC Westmont location was absolutely phenomenal. I have been here twice and both times I have had a great experience. Specifically Jaxxon and Paul were excellent and were very transparent on what needed to be done to my car. They also followed up with me to ensure that I was satisfied and I absolutely was. I am very particular when it comes to bringing my cars to auto shops to get basic maintenance and other services with my 2016 Range Rover. I had check engine light on the vehicle recently and also needed oil change as well as brake pad & rotor replacement for the vehicle. They inspected every part of my vehicle to if those parts needed to be serviced which I thought was nice touch. When I came to pick my vehicle when it was finished. They completely transformed the vehicle. When I left the shop, the car drove like the first time I bought the vehicle at the dealership. This will be the only place I will bring my vehicle to get work done. Highly Recommend
