Diehl Collision of Pittsburgh

Do NOT take your car here! They had my car for 3 weeks, and not only they didn't repair it correctly but royally messed it up! We are STILL dealing with this mess with another collision center trying to correct the damage this place has done!! An example is they either didn't tighten the bolts or forgot to put them in, and our fender fell apart on the freeway. We had to tape it until we could get to a safe place! Multiple other negligence in repairs AND missed important diagnostic issues!

I don’t write reviews much but feel like this place deserves one. They got me in for an estimate only a few days after I got into a car accident and completed repairs in less than a week. They were even done a week sooner than they originally predicted. Made my rental process easy, insurance was a breeze. Jesse was great - communicative and straightforward. The woman at the front desk (I forget her name) was very sweet and super helpful. The team that worked on my car did a remarkable job. They even detailed the inside and outside, which I wasn’t expecting. John’s memory is being honoured by the team working here. Very grateful. Very satisfied.

Great experience! Very professional and great communication. Fixed my car up and gave it back to me cleaner than I gave it to them. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I hope to not have to see them again (haha) but I would be a return customer in a second. Thank you!!!

Dropped my car off after hitting a deer and had a pretty quick turnaround! They dealt directly through my insurance to figure everything out and the process was a breeze. Thanks to everyone at Diehl! They even included a mug

Pittsburgh Collision did an amazing job on my car!! My front bumper was damaged by a PRT bus and had to be replaced b/c it could not be repaired. I was very appreciative of the fact that I wasn't charged extra, however, there were some items missing and broken in my car that no one took responsibility for. Nevertheless, the items can be replaced, but it would've been nice to know what happened. Greg was very kind!!
