The service dept is open on Saturday for most services. The charge for oil changes is considerably less that the fast oil change locations. A full service synthetic oil change for most cars is under $50. A transmission fluid change is about $100. The service at most fast change locations is usually over $150 and nearly $80 for a synthetic oil change.

The purchasing side is great, but do NOT get the warranty. Their service side is abysmal. After the sale is made, they’re done. My mom has been waiting 3 weeks for bumper clips? I saw another couple who had the warranty and have been waiting 3 months for their car, which suffered a blown engine. There is absolutely no communication between the shops and dealers. I’m not sure how their Google rating is so high - I’m guessing because people review after purchase and haven’t had to contact the dealer for service. Get it together; these are big investments and people need clear communication and the level of service sold to them with warranties.

I get most if not all of my maintenance done here, and I have never had a problem. Especially working with Paul, he always makes sure everything is done correctly and I am happy when I leave. He also gives some pretty food tips on keeping my car in as good a condition as possible.

Customer service at Diehl continues the pattern of excellent customer service provided by Waikem, the former franchise owner. The staff I've interacted with are knowledgeable and nicely professional. You get the idea that they genuinely enjoy working at the dealership ( pun avoided ). Additionally, e-mail/text technology is used to enhance your appointment from scheduling, to status updates regarding the work done on your auto. High marks all around.
