First, let’s start by saying this. $10k spent at this shop for my husband to get handed back a truck that literally would have killed us had he not known this truck as well as he does and decided something was wrong and slowed down to 2mph. The brake calipers were replaced and they didn’t complete the job correctly so a bolt either was not put back in or lock tight was not applied and it backed out causing the caliper to move and get lodged between the rim. Ultimately this destroyed the rip causing it to bust and the truck went off the road. Next, they replaced fuel lines going to the fuel bowl and did not install them properly so diesel was going all over the engine and ground. Luckily, he was able to correct this issue. We lost a half a tank of fuel because we didn’t realize it was spray

I had Diesel David Inc handle a transmission service and differential service for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was professional, straightforward, and done right. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, kept me updated, and delivered exactly what they promised. The truck shifts smooth, runs great, and you can tell the work was done with attention to detail. It’s hard to find shops that are honest, knowledgeable, and actually care about doing quality work — but Diesel David Inc definitely does. Alright so I’m going to make a really really long backstory short. My 6.7 Cummins has seen 3 separate diesel shops, before diesel David’s shop. All 3 shops charged me various fees for services that should have found my trucks problems off the rip, but instead kept providing no results. I began truly thinking my truck was a lemon and I was going to be out 60,000 for a truck. Fast forward to a few days ago, I dropped my truck off with diesel David’s crew, and within a few hours I received a call with a full explanation for The Who, what, when, where, and why on my trucks problems. This place saved the day for me. I use my truck for work. 2024 GMC 2500 Denali. The serpentine belt broke and my truck is under warranty, however the dealer told me it would be 2 weeks before they could even look at it. I didn’t have two weeks to wait as i needed it for work ASAP. I called this place and spoke with Jonathan, He assured me they could replace the serpentine the same day if that was the issue, I then had my vehicle towed from the GMC dealership to Diesel David. They looked my truck over and had it fixed the SAME DAY. Also note this was one day before Christmas Eve. Brought in 6.0 power stroke that needed a lot of love. So much so, that three other shops failed to fix it. But with Diesel David I found my home . This is a shop where integrity comes first. As someone who does not have much mechanical experience, I feel confident knowing my dollar went exactly where it needed to. The shop went above and beyond making sure they fixed everything, not just the things I noticed. If guys like Nick, Casey, Jonathan, and David are running the place, I will be bringing all my trucks and cars here for the foreseeable future. Truly a breath taking experience.
