Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with their customer service. I don’t think I’ve ever had customer service like this anywhere they go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of... I brought my Truck in because it was making a loud ticking sound come to find out the place I took.my truck to have the oil change shorted me 4 quarts of oil. They diagnosed it, pulled the filter, found all kinds of metal shavings, then pulled the motor apart, found out that the wrist pens had snapped and started scraping the inside of the engine block .. They documented everything they took numerous pictures and videos for me for my court case they went through it peace by peace gathered evidence for me and you tell me what shop would do that because usually it’s just their word instead of gathering all

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with diesel laboratories. I had tried a few other shops and none of them were solving the problems that I was taking it in for. not to mention at these other shops, you kind of just feel like a number instead of a client. I Took it to these guys. They’re very transparent sending me photos of progress and any questions I had they would answer. As well as just overall, the staff is fantastic and they want to get to the bottom of any Of your problems. They genuinely take an interest in your truck and your problems. They are now my go to shop for all things diesel. 10 out of 10 experience..

Great shop for any Diesel truck issues. I took my truck to a shop up in Salt Lake, and they completely screwed me over and lost thousands of dollars on a project. Then I moved it over to these guys, and they made sure I got the right job done and took very good care of my Truck. Safe to say that if I ever need anything done, I will 100% bring it to Diesel Laboratories.

If they have a wait time it’s worth the wait. My truck kept going into limp mode and I have taken it to three different shops before and they all couldn’t find the problem. The last place I took it to recommend me to take my truck to diesel laboratories. When I called to make an appointment they did have a long wait time but at least they told me a day to drop it off and they found the problem and fixed it the same day. If your truck has tunes and is modified these guys know everything about these trucks. My problem ended up being a sensor that was supposed to be unplug and they could have easily lied and made me purchase parts that are not needed but they simply unplugged the connector and left it at that. Completely honest, and thats the type of shop I will keep going to and recommend t

Took my 2022 Ram in to have a faulty DPF replaced. Cole and the crew at Diesel Laboratories took excellent care of me. Fixed what was wrong and did not try to upsell me on anything. Great way to do business and insure repeat customers.
