Randy is the man! Correctly diagnosed my Duramax LB7 after 2 other garages had gotten it wrong. He got me in quickly and fixed the issue within 24 hours. It ended up costing me 1/4 of the price that I had been previously quoted. He spent time explaining the problem and was full of useful information on maintenance and products for my engine. I’ll never take my truck anyplace else.

I tried calling, but they hung up several times and put me over so many times to guy’s named Andy and John. But they showed little respect and I felt offended and I believe they didn’t like me because of the fact that I’m calling from Norway. Get better!

After several attempts at various Ford dealers and being stranded 2000 miles from home with our trailer. Randy diagnosed our truck and replaced the turbo. He call several times as we headed home to make sure everything was running correctly. Truly this shop and Randy are in the customer service business. Thank you so much for a job well done!
