Honestly this place was amazing. I want to give a shout out to Fabiola who was so kind and answered my many questions over the phone regarding the car I was looking into and it's history. I noticed that the Carfax had said their was a lien on the vehicle, and when I asked if they had handled it, she reached out to her boss to see if then had done it already. Which they assured me they did. I also asked them if I could bring the car to a trusted mechanic, which they agreed to both over the phone, and in person when I got there. I was worried because my mechanic was over an hour away, but they let me drive the car down myself to the mechanic! Not only that, but when I was talking to the owner regarding past negative experiences with buying a used car, he said that nobody should ever buy a us

I just want to give a huge shout out to Al and Sam at Direct Auto Access. My wife and I were reluctant to make a 3.5 hour drive to purchase a used Honda Odyssey especially after many of our previous prospects turned out to look nothing like the pictures. Sam made a bold statement to me on the phone prior to our trip, saying, "If you drive here to see the vehicle, I promise you won't be disappointed "... that was 100% truth... we left their small, but high quality inventory lot with a beautiful well kept Honda Odyssey.. The owner is scamming stay away. When you call to say I am coming to buy the car they increased the price on us. Everything they said was a lie about how well they priced the car after they did their research and why they will not negotiate the price. And then lied on top of it to justify the new price saying they checked the market and the new price is fair. Hard pass!

No hassle car buying experience! I have lived in this area all my life & never seen this place! I actually was in shock as to how busy this little place was…super happy to have gotten my gorgeous car ASAP! Def not the best lot to drive into/park however…
