Johnathan Howell picked up the phone right at 6 PM to help get a customer insured so she could leave the dealership in her new car. He was patient with the customer, answered all of her questions and made sure she got the best coverage with an affordable monthly premium. He deserves 10 stars for providing superb customer service!
